Through the course of her work to date, Emma recognises that often it can be helpful to talk to someone even if you aren’t experiencing mental health difficulties. Emma loves working with individuals who are motivated to make changes so that they can flourish in their relationships, their work and their home.
Emma will work with you to establish an understanding of your current situation and your hopes, dreams and plans for the future. Emma enjoys making the psychological practical and figuring out what will work best for you and not what has worked for your colleague or your neighbour or what your friends, boss or in-laws say you should be doing!
